I recently saw Professor Zoe Winters at The New Victoria Hospital. She was warm, empathetic and puts you at ease so that you feel really listened to. Highly professional and skilled, giving clear explanations and so much additional information on women’s health which is so helpful. It was so reassuring to be able to have both the mammogram and ultrasound and have the results at the same appointment. I would highly recommend Professor Winters.

I saw Professor Zoe at the Chelsea Outpatient Breast centre at the end of last year. I had stage 1 breast cancer 3 years and had the cancer lump removed. I was experiencing some pain and discomfort so wanted to have a check up. Prof Zoe has a wonderful bedside manner, extremely patient, incredibly experienced. So please I found her. She has a very caring way of communication. She gave me lots of extra information which I was not aware of before as well as advice going forward. I would certain go back for my regular/ annual check up with Professor Zoe .

I was recently seen by Professor Zoe Winters at One Wellbeck to investigate lump near my breast. I was immediately put at ease by her warm and empathetic manner. She is incredibly knowledgable, caring and professional and explained every aspect of breast health in detail. I was also happy that both the mammogram and the ultrasound were scheduled on the same day, right after my appointment, which meant no waiting for results. I highly recommend Professor Winters and wouldn't hesitate to see her again if I need to in future.

My visit to the Practice at Chelsea Outpatient Centre was a very pleasant experience because of the warm and emphatic approach of Professor Winters. Highly experienced with a keen sense of observation, she conducted a thorough and meticulous examination, explained everything to me carefully and patiently. I was also provided with research literature that helped me understand the risk factors and abnormalities I should watch out for. The medical advice was expedited, informed and corroborated by the test results, and received in writing. Dr. Usiskin, who conducted a detailed examination, was also very methodical and rigorous in her approach. Overall, I would highly recommended Professor Winters and the Practice - very professional and at the same time kind, understanding and considerate. Hopefully, Professor Winters and her team will have the opportunity to help and reassure more people who are scared and put their minds at ease. She took the time to listen, and after diagnosing the issue she was very knowledgeable and clear in explaining everything which is very re-assuring especially going in with anxiety about the issue.
